Framing the problem is crucial to the success of any project. In this phase I make sure I understand everything about the company, the market it operates in, who is the target audience, what are the company’s competitors and what is the the real problem we’re trying to solve.

Every design project has to achieve business goals. After learning them in the first phase, I try to think of a strategy to actualise them. This phase is mostly done through workshop with you, the client. I’m a big believer of collaboration and co-creation.
