The decision
A first impression that was built to make a respected manufacturer treat WindowFix as a partner.
The brief
A respected Swiss glazing manufacturer wanted to see who they were before agreeing to meet. WindowFix needed a deck to send ahead: the next step was flying out to meet in person.
What I saw
The easy move was a company profile: who we are, what we do, why us. But a profile makes you a vendor asking to be considered, and you don't earn a meeting with a brand like that by listing your credentials.
The deck had one job: make a respected European manufacturer see WindowFix as an equal worth flying in a partner for.
How it works
Partners, not applicants
"Defining the new standard. Together." No logo dump, no introduction. The deck opens as a conversation between equals, before a word about who installs what.
One niche, stated plainly
Private luxury villas only. Every other line of work was cut, narrowing the focus said more about the level WindowFix plays at than any list could.
Built to be read alone
No one would be in the room to present it. Every slide had to carry itself, land its point, and sound like the company it represents.
The close
Not a pitch for an order. A setup for the meeting that comes next, the reason the deck was sent in the first place.
Status
The deck was delivered and ready to send. The project was put on hold when the war began.
