The decision
You don't present it in order. You navigate it. When a client asks about a sector, you're one click from the right project, mid-conversation.
The brief
Their business advisor brought us together. The firm wanted a deck for pitch meetings: case studies with a way to move between projects, matching their brand.
What I saw
A developer asks "have you done hotels?" mid-meeting, and a linear deck makes you scroll while they wait. So I proposed building it as something you navigate, not something you present in order.
How it works
Sectors as a menu
Hotels, offices, retail, residential. The entry point is whichever sector the client just asked about.
Breadcrumbs on every slide
Nobody loses their place mid-meeting, including the presenter.
One card per project
Same format every time, so projects are easy to compare at a glance.
Theirs to maintain
I trained their office to add and update projects themselves.
Status
The firm presents from the deck in meetings and updates it in-house.
