Three rooms I help you win

Every project starts the same way, with the decision the other side is about to make. The deck comes last.

  • Raise

For founders and fundraising. Most decks don't fail on design; they fail because the argument is aimed at the wrong risk. I start with what the person across the table is deciding.

  • Sell

For teams who pitch again and again. A deck built for one meeting gets rebuilt the night before the next. I build the structure once, so every meeting starts from something finished.

  • Inspire

For stages, webinars, high-stakes rooms. Sometimes the content is fixed: written by legal, locked before you arrive. The work is hierarchy: what the audience sees first, while you're talking.

How I work

Three steps. Slides come last.

  1. 01

    Take it apart

In one working session, we break down where you are and build the line of your argument together. You leave with a clear direction.

  2. 02

    Build the narrative

I turn it into a written argument, end to end, what each slide says, in what order, and where the ask lands.

  3. 03

    Design & deliver

The argument gets its visual language, and you get the full kit: a deck to send, a deck to present, a one-pager, and the source files.

Not sure which one you need? That's usually the first thing worth talking about.
